At Put That On A Shirt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer refunds and exchanges under the following conditions:

Returns & Exchanges

  • You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Personalized or custom items are non-refundable, unless damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number.
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund for damaged or defective items.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs
