Returns & Exchanges

- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Personalized or custom items are non-refundable, unless damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number.
- We will offer a replacement or full refund for damaged or defective items.
